Head of Bureau of Organization and Administration, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Dr. Ir. Mustangimah, M.Si, and his team held a work meeting at Palangka Raya University on Friday, September 23, 2022. The agenda for the work meeting was to review changes in the work organization (OTK). Taking place on the 6th floor ballroom of the Peat Research Center for Science and Technology (PPIIG) building at the University of Palangka Raya, it was attended by leadership elements at the UPR Rectorate, Deans, Heads of Institutions, Heads of UPT, Coordinators and Sub-Coordinators as well as the BLU team and the OTK drafting team.

Chancellor of Palangka Raya University, Prof. Dr. Ir. Salampak, MS, in his remarks said that changes to OTK were urgently needed in line with the development of the UPR and the dynamics of developments in the direction of Government policies which have an impact on how the tridharma activities of higher education are in accordance with the direction of government policies and the needs of the community. “As a higher education institution, UPR development in the future must always be based on the current situation and future trends, both in the internal and external environment.”

Head of Bureau of Organization and Administration, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Dr. Ir. Mustangimah, M.Si, in his presentation emphasized that the Government emphasizes lean and flexible institutions. “That according to the direction of the Government through the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform, we are required to create institutions that are simple in the sense that they are in accordance with the main tasks and functions, but are agile and maximal in providing services to the community.”
